Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This  was ordered incorrectly and returned.  This cover has some scratches on the underside, dirty coating and a few blemishes on the hinges and lock hardware that occured during return shipping.  You will also notice that there are gaps between the studs and the cover.  This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function. 

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
