Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This  has was used on one of our company vehicles.  There is some noticeable striping in the top coat and the hinges are scuffed. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function. 

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
